Laich of Moray Clocks was established in 1996, and has had a steadily growing reputation and clientele since then. We are a small, family-run firm which enables us to offer true craftmanship, combined with flexibility and a friendly, personal service.

We are very proud to be recommended to clients by one of the major removal companies and three jewellers within Elgin. We also have customers sent to us from jewellers in Inverness, and have repaired clocks from as far afield as Orkney and the Hebrides.

Laich of Moray Clocks was happy to work in consultation with Historic Scotland in 2004, giving expert knowledge and advice to their own engineer. We have also been successful in restoring other public clocks, including this one ( pictured right ) which now stands in the reception to the Elgin Council Offices . Elgin Council Clock

We aim to give excellent customer satisfaction at a realistic price. All customers receive a written estimate of the expected cost of the job before work commences.

We regularly service and restore most types of mechanical clocks ( including Anniversary & Cuckoo clocks ), and we have been successful with certain electrically driven timepieces too. We are also happy to refill and overhaul mercury barometers.

If you want to discuss any problem with your clock then please contact us either by email or by telephone.
